Salvere adopts agile working
One of the hallmarks of Salvere has been our quest to adopt technology and create ever more modern ways of supporting people to self-manage and live well. Now it’s the turn of our team!
We are making “office working” a thing of the past. Most of our work is with people and as we cover an increasing geography it makes sense that we can have team members located anywhere we are working. So increasing home-based working with technology in the “Cloud” is the order of the day.
So, our offices in Leyland and York are closed and we have a new meeting point right in the heart of York with our friends at the CVS in Priory Street.
All this means that our team can flex and move to where they are needed. Also, now we can more easily recruit new team members to work in new areas.
It’s going to be an exciting time ahead as we get used to doing things differently.
We have been an early adopter of the Google business systems for a number of years now and can say with certainty that they are excellent. We are now adding in some cool help desk technology so that calls can be routed to the right people quickly. All paper post is going to a new mailroom where it is scanned into our systems and this means we have a PO Box address for paper post.
Another exciting development will be our online payroll function that will provide an option for employers and staff to get access to payslips online anytime.
