We are looking for someone who will complement our friendly team supporting families and individuals to employ their own teams of support workers, called Personal Assistants. Working from home you will play a key role in providing advice and support over the phone, email and by video call to our customers who will be in touch daily over various aspects of employing their team. The advice role requires an understanding of being an employer of support workers, empathy with care and support issues and an appreciation of financial issues relating to payroll and accounts as these link to individual budgets.
We don’t expect you to know everything but that you will have the aptitude to learn quickly and have a relevant background of experience in care and support. This might have been obtained from previous work or you may have direct experience within your family and community so that you have an understanding of the issues facing people with disabilities and their families.
Hours and Pay
Full and part time hours are available. Salvere operates 9am to 5 pm on weekdays and you will also be expected to support our out-of-hours call response one week in every four.
The Salary is £20,000 – £23, 500 + home working allowance
