Female Personal Assistant / Support Worker required in Westhoughton, Bolton (BTA/NA)

Do you have an interest in caring for others and maximising their quality of life? Can you provide personalised 1:1 support to ensure that individuals are able to be as independent as possible with aspects of daily living?
We are looking to recruit a female Personal Assistant to provide support to a young lady, in the Westhoughton area. The role will be to provide support in the home with tasks including personal care, medication and meal preparation. You will also occasionally support the young lady to access leisure activities in the community.
The right person:
Experience in a caring role is not necessary however, you must have a caring nature and the ability to support others with daily living tasks.
You will need to have a full, clean and valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
- Tuesday to Thursday from 4 pm to 7 pm
- Monday to Wednesday from 7 am to 8 am – these days are not fixed and can be negotiated if required
- Additional hours available during school holidays
- Weekends – optional
- Hours may need to be slightly flexible but will be mutually agreed in advance
- We are willing to accept CVs from applicants who are able to cover any of the above days/hours (full shift required)
Travel expenses will be paid when supporting with accessing the community.
You should always be willing to work as a team, pick up additional hours and be flexible to cover holidays and times of sickness.
The rates of pay and benefits:
£8.21 Monday – Saturday
£9.22 Sunday and Bank Holidays
You will receive paid holidays and the opportunity for training relevant to your role.
