Salvere Social Enterprise CIC (Salvere) is a not for profit Community Interest Company (07421416) with a registered address, 129 Woodplumpton Road, Fulwood, Preston PR2 3LF. We are focused on helping people organise care and support. We advise and assist individuals and families to use Personal Budgets from Local Authorities and Personal Health Budgets from NHS as direct payments. In addition to Advice Services, we provide Supported Banking and Payroll Services. Our services are also available to private individuals and other organisations.
You agree to use salvere.co.uk only for lawful purposes. You must also use it in a way that doesn’t infringe the rights of or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this site by anyone else.
We update salvere.co.uk all the time. We can change or remove content at any time without notice.
Salvere Customers Services and Transactions
You can use salvere.co.uk to access our services and transactions, e.g. to complete agreement forms, provide information for payroll and banking, provide changes of details and make enquiries.
Your information will be securely managed by Salvere and may be shared with a government department or agency such as for example; HMRC, a Local Authority, Police or the NHS where and when we are lawfully obliged to do so.
We will also use your details to operate an agreement you may have with us to provide services such as supported banking and payroll services. For example, to use your bank details to operate third-party software for online banking or payroll services to ensure payments are made to you, the people you employ or the suppliers you commission to provide a service.
Some services we use have their own terms and conditions which also apply – read these before you use the service. For example, if you access your user account information on our Help Desk; salvere.zendesk.com. Or if you use links to our Facebook, Twitter or other social media accounts.
When you contact us via our Help Desk 0300 303 3064, all voice calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes both incoming and outgoing. All email to email@example.com becomes an item for action within our Help Desk system operating on zendesk.com software.
When you send paper by a postal service to Salvere Mailroom PO Box 480 Sevenoaks, Kent or to our company registered address your post may be scanned into our Help Desk System so we can manage your information electronically.

Requests to remove content
